The Seasiders remain unbeaten at Bastion Road since their elevation to the top flight last August, where they have won four and drawn four of their games.
But TNS did win a League Cup fixture there earlier this season, although they were forced to fight back from three goals down before securing a 4-3 success.
Management duo Andy Cale and Mike Davies have selection problems of a different kind ahead of the clash, with new signings Matthew Berkeley, Conall Murtagh and Stephen Connor boosting their options.
But there are doubts over keeper Paul Harrison, who played through illness against NEWI Cefn Druids, midfielder Jamie Wood, who was forced-off early in the game and stalwart Scott Ruscoe, who would be making his 300th Welsh Premier appearance at Prestatyn.
Davies was delighted with debutant Berkeley last week, saying: “It was a good performance from the new lad. He's got a lot of pace, he's strong and he'll be a handful for anyone. "It looks like there's a lot more to come from him as well. It was a very positive performance and he caused them all sorts of problems.
"He's been training with us for two weeks so we knew quite a bit about him and he's proved himself in training. We have also got Conall Murtagh who has come in from Wrexham so things are looking good. It's nice to have a few selection problems for once."
Meanwhile, home player manager Neil Gibson is a doubt as he struggles to shake off the effects of flu, while goalkeeper Jon Dunt is suspended and will be replaced by reserves' stopper Ben Rowley.
Long-term injury victims Ross Hannen and Steve Hoult will also be absent along with ex-Rhyl striker Jon Fisher-Cooke.
