| City's Chris Sharp notched a hat-trick. |
Nev Powell's men beat Aberystwyth 4-2 at Park Avenue, to qualify for the showpiece on a 5-4 aggregate scoreline.
On-form striker Chris Sharp was City's hero, notching a hat-trick to add to the brace he scored in City's 2-0 win at Haverfordwest's New Bridge Meadow on Saturday.
Sharp opened the Blues' account on 15 minutes to nullify the Black & Greens' away goal, with Michael Walsh adding a second shortly after the break.
But, after Sharp had grabbed City's third goal, the home side mounted a come-back and goals from Christian Edwards and Geoff Kellaway levelled the scores on aggregate, although the visitors still held the away goals advantage.
And Sharp settled Bangor's nerves in added time by completing his hat-trick.
The final, at a North Wales venue to be announced, will be staged in February or March.
