SPOT the Dog is the new secretary and general manager-elect of rivals Welshpool Town!
The amazingly able canine TNS mascot is taking over from Graham Breeze, another TNS defector, with the assistance of former secretary Mike Bloom until the end of the season.
Spot, aka Liam Pritchard aka Cyril the Swan, will then assume full responsibility for the role next season in the guise of general manager at Maesydre.
Spot was the most outstanding applicant interviewed by 'Pool boss Steve Hughes and his first game in the new post is at home to Rhyl.
Liam has been the first human barking mad enough to survive inside the dreaded dog costume for several seasons and has not only managed to attend the majority of games, but also taken part in the Mascot's Grand National.
Meanwhile, Liam's role has been taken over by Paul Mitchell.
