FRAM Reykjavik were in domestic league action for the second time in four days on Sunday night, gaining a much-needed league win 2-1 away at local rivals Fjolnir.
The New Saints' Europa League opponents took a 43rd-minute lead through Ivar Bjornsson, but were pegged back by a Jonas Grani Gardarsson goal 10 minutes after half-time.
However, Almarr Ormarsson struck the vital goal in the 78th-minute.
