SEVERAL TNS 'old boys' were on target as their new clubs won pre-season friendlies on Thursday night.
Former centre-back Rob Williams scored twice as Blue Square Premier Altrincham beat Unibond League Trafford 7-1 at Shawe View.
Williams, who is currently on trial with the Robins, slotted home his first from a cross and headed his second from a corner.
Meanwhile, ex-Saints striker John Toner was on target as Bala Town won 3-1 at Vauxhall Motors.
Midfielder Jay Holden, who spent several weeks in pre-season with TNS, also scored for the Welsh Premier's newly-promoted club.
