ROB Williams scored his first-ever goal in the Blue Square Premier as Altrincham drew 1-1 at Stevenage Borough on Saturday.
The former TNS scholarship youth and central defender joined Altrincham in the close season and was celebrating his ninth league start for the Cheshire club.
Williams rose unmarked to head the Robins into a 22nd-minute lead from a corner at Broadhall Way, but the visitors were forced to settle for a point after conceding in stoppage time.
Rob and his assistant manager at Moss Lane, ex-TNS boss Ken McKenna, were both at Park Hall on Friday night for the Saints' game against Newtown.
