THE Saints head to the Rhondda Valley on Saturday for a tricky Welsh Cup third round test against lower league opponents Cambrian & Clydach Vale.

Assistant manager Mike Davies watched his cup opponents beat Taffs Well 3-1 last Friday night to move into third place in Welsh League Division One.
And, along with head coach Andy Cale, he is not under-estimating the potential banana skin facing TNS after being taken to extra-time by Conwy United in the previous round.
After playing their football in the South Wales Amateur League for a number of years, Cambrian & Clydach had enjoyed a rapid rise up the pyramid since joining the Welsh League in 2005.
They finished in promotion positions in Divisions Three and Two in successive seasons and are now flying high in Division One.
C&C reached this stage of the competition by beating Ammanford 4-0 at home in round one, then beating Troedyrhiw 3-1 to set-up the biggest game in the club's history.
Last season they face Welsh Premier opposition in the second round, losing 1-0 at home to Darren Ryan's Newtown.
TNS travel south in confident mood after despatching Llanelli 4-1 in the League Cup, with midfielder John McKenna pushing for another starting berth after notching a brace.
