IT'S now 626 minutes since the Saints conceded a goal in any competition after another clean sheet in Sunday's 4-0 defeat of champions Rhyl.
An early goal from Llanelli's Rhys Griffiths in the 4-1 Loosemores League Cup victory on October 27 was the last time that the Saints' defence was breached.
Since then, the team has scored 18 goals without reply with a 2-0 Welsh Cup win at Cambrian & Clydach, 4-0 victories at home to Elements Cefn Druids and the Lilywhites, a 2-0 success at Llanelli's Stebonheath Park and a 2-0 aggregate success over Port Talbot to take TNS into the League Cup final for the second consecutive season.
In most of those games, a settled back four of Danny Holmes, Pip Baker, Steve Evans and Chris Marriott has shut out the opposition, with keeper Paul Harrison also making some outstanding saves.
It's a run of form which has taken the Saints to joint top of the table alongside Llanelli and Rhyl, and with a game in hand.
