Big guns set for Bastion Road recall
Big guns set for Bastion Road recall

THE Saints are likely to field a full-strength line-up for their tricky away trip to Prestatyn Town on Friday night.
Midfield duo Scott Ruscoe and Aeron Edwards watched Tuesday night's 1-1 draw at Porthmadog from the stands, along with wingman Craig Jones, but all three are set for a recall at Bastion Road.
In-form Welsh semi-professional international Jones is the Saints' leading scorer and one player feared by the Seasiders' player-manager Neil Gibson.
"In Craig Jones they have a player who performs to such a high standard week in, week out, but they’ve got players all over the pitch who are capable of hurting you," he says.
"I’d like to think we can make it difficult for them. "We’re a match for most sides at home, but we’re fully aware of how good TNS are."
Town should be close to full strength with winger Dan Evans in contention for a first team spot.
One definite absentee for the Saints is consistent defender Phil Baker, who was red-carded at The Traeth, with Tommy Holmes a likely replacement in the back four.
TNS beat Prestatyn 5-0 at Park Hall on the opening night of the season, but Gibson's men have been one of the surprise packages in the race for Super 12 and currently lie in sixth place.
