LAST night our Under-13s played Rhyl at the Venue and won 4-2 in an excellent game.
Both teams played the game properly both in terms of attitude and behavior.
This was an example of how the Academy system can benefit the development of young players with the result being less important than the way we should all play the game.
It was also the night that midfielder Lewis Storey returned to the squad after his serious accident and everyone was delighted to welcome him back as his smiling face has been sorely missed.
