The U8’s played two Villa teams and had a 0-2 and a 1-1 draw, but there were some real encouraging signs and good progress is being made by these young players.
The U9’s lost 2-3 in a tight encounter with both teams creating good chances.
The U10’s lost 3-6,and despite the score-line the lads played some really good football.
The U11’s lost 1-2 in a very close game with both the Villa defenders and keeper excelling in their displays. Again the TNS team played some excellent football.
A big thanks to Charlie Walker and his team from Aston Villa for their visit to Oswestry, great to see youngsters playing freely without pressures, being allowed to express themselves through football, and no great emphasis on results.
On Sunday Evening The U14’s won a tough encounter with Cefn Druids 2-0,well done to Martin and all the team.
