With the wind behind them, the home team were content to keep playing the long ball while TNS, while guilty of trying to play too much football on a shocking surface, were still a class above their opponents.
The pace of Emily Ridge and Abby Francis up front was a constant threat and, after Ridge had just failed to hit the target, it was Francis who gave the girls the lead after 20 minutes.
TNS totally dominated the second half and were rarely troubled at the back. A well deserved second goal arrived when Ridge raced through to give the visitors some breathing space after 65 minutess.
Chloe Mapp and Sarah Burke came on as TNS looked able to score at will.
But they had to wait until the 80th-minute before an excellent through ball from Sally Jones found Mapp to make it 3-0.
And Ridge again used her pace to race clear and make the final score 4-0 with two minutes left.
TNS have a couple of free weeks and are back in action on April 18 when they entertain top of the league and championship favourites Coventry City at Park Hall (2.30pm), all support welcome.
