WEDNESDAY is D-Day in The New Saints' bid for the FAW's domestic licence when officials will carry out a final inspection of the facilities at Park Hall.

Considerable work has been carried out in recent weeks after the Saints were denied grant funding towards the cost of essential work to meet the licence criteria.
And managing director Mike Harris says that the club has left no stone unturned to ensure a place in next season's revamped "Super 12" league.
TNS have made applications to ground share at the Deva Stadium in Chester and with two other Welsh Premier clubs and Harris explained: "Only 12 clubs will be granted licences and we couldn't afford not to be among them.
"We have put in a number of ground share applications and we will wait to see how our licensing application goes. If Park Hall passes there will be no problems.
"We don't want to take any chance whatsoever, I could not afford for this club not to be in the very top league."
Harris also reiterated the club's commitment to remaining in the Welsh system, but added that poor attendances in the league were a cause for concern.
The FAW will announce which clubs have been awarded a licence on April 9.
