THE New Saints' arch-rivals Rhyl have failed to gain a domestic licence on appeal and will spend next season in the Cymru Alliance.
Five clubs were successful in their appeals today - Airbus UK Broughton, Bala Town, Bangor City, Llandudno and Porthmadog.
That means the composition of next season's Welsh Premier will be:
Aberystwyth Town
Airbus UK Broughton
Bala Town
Bangor City
Carmarthen Town
Haverfordwest County
Llanelli AFC
Neath FC
Newtown AFC
Port Talbot Town
Prestatyn Town
The New Saints
There is no place for Cymru Alliance champions Llangefni Town or Welsh League promotion hopefuls Afan Lido, who both failed in their licence bids.
