Saints arrange Windsor Park return
Tuesday 25 May 2010
THE New Saints will return to Belfast's Windsor Park on Saturday July 3 for a pre-Champions League friendly against Linfield.
It will be the fourth time the sides have met in pre-season - Linfield were at Park Hall last June, while the Saints have previously visited the Belfast venue in 2004 and 2007.
The Blues recently completed an Irish League and Cup double for the fourth time in five seasons, clinching the league title and then beating Portadown 2-1 in the Irish Cup final.
As part of the build-up to the Champions League second qualifying round, TNS will also play fellow Welsh Premier Euro contenders Llanelli (Saturday June 19) and Port Talbot (Wednesday June 23) in a mini-tournament on the Parc Y Scarlets training pitch.
