DUE to overnight frost, the Welsh Cup fourth round tie at Belle Vue between Rhyl and The New Saints has been postponed.

The final inspection at Grange Road was left until 1.40pm for the convenience of S4C's live television coverage rather than supporters.
But, despite the use of a brazier in one goal mouth, referee Lee Evans ruled that the pitch was unplayable.
