MIKE Davies has won his first manager of the month award since being appointed chief of The New Saints at the end of last season.
He was the only unbeaten manager in the league during Februuary and March for which the league has made a combined award, as the Saints overcame a deficit of 16 points to take over from Bangor City at the top of the table.
TNS, who are now unbeaten in 27 games in all competitions, recorded home wins over Llanelli, Prestatyn and Bangor during the two months, winning away at Llanelli and also progressed to the semi-final of the Welsh Cup.
