Saints to host Cliftonville at Park Hall

CliftonvilleTHE New Saints have arranged a friendly against Cliftonville, a team they could well face in the first qualifying round of the Europa League.
.

The Ulster outfit, who finished fourth in the Carling Premier League, will visit Park Hall on Saturday 18 June (2.30pm kick-off).
Last season, both the Ulstermen and the Saints made their exit from the Europa League at the hands of CSKA Sofia.
Cliftonville, who began with a 1–0 aggregate win over Croatian side HNK Cibalia in the second qualifying round of the Europa League, lost 3-0 in Bulgaria and 2-1 at home and, like TNS, lodged an unsuccessful appeal over the ineligibility of CSKA midfielder Spas Delev.
The Saints also lost 3-0 in Sofia, drawing 2-2 in the second leg at Wrexham's Racecourse Ground.
TNS and Cliftonville could well meet in the first qualifying round, for which the draw will be made on 20 June.
Saints are also hoping to confirm a friendly away to Glentoran on Saturday 25 June.
