Saints fund sports equipment for Welshpool High

THE New Saints' managing director Mike Harris has presented Welshpool High School with £4,000.The money will be used to purchase new sports equipment for the school.
Mike, who is a former Welshpool High School pupil, said he had been delighted to present the money to the school.
He said: "Obviously I used to go to Welshpool High School and we have been looking for projects for the local community to help schools and different people. They approached us and we were more than happy to help them."
He added: "The New Saints through its community based projects will be looking to work more closely with Welshpool high School in the future and we will also be open to working with other local schools."
