SATURDAY'S planned friendly fixture against Glentoran in Belfast has been cancelled by the club.
"We have apologised to Glentoran for pulling out of the fixture but, as we are playing Cliftonville home and away on artificial surfaces, it is more appropriate for us to train on 3G ahead of the Europa League ties," says the Saints' director of football Mike Davies.
"We are sorry for any inconvenience caused to Glentoran or supporters of either club."
