TNS quartet Alex Darlington, Aeron Edwards, Tom Roberts and Connell Rawlinson all played a part as the Wales Under-23 semi-pros beat Estonia 2-1 in Tallinn on Wednesday night.
Experienced internationals Darlington and Edwards were in manager Terry Boyle's starting line-up in the National Stadium, as Neath's Luke Bowen scored in the 12th-minute to equalise an opener for the hosts three minutes earlier.
Another Neath player, Chris Jones, struck the 62nd-minute winner for the Welsh, with defenders Rawlinson and Roberts winning their first caps as substitutes.
It was the first victory in seven attempts in the International Challenge Trophy for Wales, whose previous-best effort was a 2-2 away draw against Northern Ireland in Belfast two years ago.
"We'll now look forward to the Norwegian game at the end of the season with confidence and hope to build on the foundations that we built today," said Boyle after tonight's victory.
