TNS head coach Carl Darlington was presented with his Corbett Sports manager of the month award for August/September at the sponsor's Gwersyllt branch.

After a sticky start for the club, which included a home draw against Bala Town and a defeat at Port Talbot, the Saints went on an excellent run of six consecutive wins, including triumphs over three of their main title rivals - Neath, Llanelli and Bangor City - in the opening six weeks of the season.
Michael Corbett from Corbett Sports said: "The new season has got off to a very exciting start, and it can often be a difficult introduction for many managers.
"However Carl Darlington has taken The New Saints to the summit by using his coaching skills and introducing a number of new faces to the squad."
