Tosh came to TNS via Ken McKenna's Tranmere connections to become an essential member of the back line, a solid central defender who can also cope as full-back. Only took up the game at the age of 12 after being converted from martial arts, but a handful for any forward to get past and very good in the air. The 'Mr Reliable' of the TNS side, whom he joined in July 2000 after being released from Prenton Park. Played a major part in the double wins of 2004/5 and 2005/6. Supporters' player of the season for 2008/9 and voted Welsh Premier player of the month in February 2009.
