Mike joined TNS FC to run the Football in the Community Programme in 2004 and since then has taken over the Academy programme through his company Pro-fi Sports Management (www.pro-fi.com). Turned down a YTS with Shrewsbury Town to continue education which led to two seasons with Wales U18's School Boys whilst playing for Shrewsbury around school work. Graduated from UWIC in 2001 with a degree in Sport and Development.
Appointed to assist Andy Cale in March 2008 after acting as Darren Ryan's assistant at Newtown and was appointed manager following Cale's resignation at the end of April 2010.
