Harrison reflects on "game of two halves"

CRAIG Harrison was relieved to clinch three points after a late comeback sealed a 3-2 Welsh Premier League win over Bala Town.

And The New Saints' director of football admitted it was the proverbial game of two halves.
"Definitely, we're not trying to kid anyone, we didn't play particularly well in the first half, it was a bit of a non-starter from ourselves," he said.
"We didn't get on the ball and pass it very well and to be fair to Bala they did OK in the first-half, they probably deserved to be in front if we are honest."
Asked whether his half-time team talk was the inspiration for the transformation, Harrison added: "Not really, but second-half we've come in, got organised, changed a few things and the lads have responded fantastically.
"You just go in, pass the information on that you observe from the side, myself and Carl (Darlington) had a chat and tried to get a few things right that were going wrong in the first-half and it obviously worked.
"Every three points is important, we said before the start of the night that this was a very important game, but then again every game is.
"Between now and the end of the season, if we want to go on and do our best to challenge for the league, we have to do everything we can to try and catch Bangor."
