'H' shows the way in crossbar challenge!

KEEPER Paul Harrison showed the outfield players the way it's done by winning a crossbar challenge.

Chris Marriott, Ryan Marriott and Alex Darlington also hit the bar to reach the final, but it was Harrison who emerged victorious as the squad took part in the challenge after training on Friday in aid of Children in Need.
It was one of several events organised by The New Saints in aid of the BBC appeal, with a Keepy Uppy challenge at half-time during Wednesday night's Loosemores League Cup tie against Port Talbot Town also raising money.
