Saints' boss wary of Stebonheath backlash

SAINTS' first team boss Carl Darlington is wary of a backlash from bruised Llanelli in the live TV showdown at Stebonheath Park tomorrow.
The Reds saw their title ambitions receive a massive dent when they conceded a last-minute goal to Welsh Premier leaders Bangor City last Saturday and Darlington is expecting a reaction from Andy Legg's men.
"It's a massive game for both sides as every point counts," he says.
"We know it's going to be a difficult game, Llanelli really need to win after losing to Bangor last week.
"They've got a heck of a lot to play for an we won't be taking them lightly."
The New Saints won their previous visit to the venue in September thanks to a Greg Draper goal and the management will be happy with a repeat of that result and the performance that saw the side brush aside Prestatyn 4-0 at Bastion Gardens in their last league outing.
A selection dilemma concerns whether to reinstate Steve Evans, who was dropped from the centre of defence for that game.
Connell Rawlinson acquitted himself well but whoever wins the berth will be given a stiff test by leading league marksman Rhys Griffiths.
