Leading 3-1 at half-time with goals from Emily Whitfield, Abi Francis and Kim Bebbington, TNS found themselves 4-3 down going into stoppage time, after the Birmingham side scored with two 25-yard efforts.
But the Ladies battled back and a Bebbington thunderbolt from just outside the area secured a point.
The Reserves continued their impressive start with another good win, this time against title favourites Sporting Albion (formerly WBA).
Chloe Mapp put the youngsters in the lead after a Sophie Nolan cross was headed down by Laura Jenks, with Emily Ridge then doubling the lead.
Albion got a late consolation goal with the last kick of the match.
TNS entertain Leicester City on Sunday at Park Hall (2.30pm) with the Reserves travelling to face the same opponents.
