Both managers will ring the changes for cup semi

REGULARS will be missing from both sides when The New Saints and Bangor City meet in the first leg of the League Cup semi-final at Park Hall on Tuesday night (7.45pm).

Steve Evans is suspended after his red card at Prestatyn's Bastion Road on Friday night, while manager Mike Davies is expected to give a run-out to players who have not featured prominently in the first-team this season.
City boss Nev Powell also confirmed he is more concerned with Friday night's Welsh Premier clash at home to Bala as his side bids to extend their record-breaking start to the season.
Striker Alan Bull is definitely out after sustaining a leg injury in Saturday’s 2-1 league victory at Neath, while goalkeeper Paul Smith, defenders Peter Hoy, James Brewerton and Dave Morley and former Saints' midfielder Nicky Ward are all carrying knocks.
"I won’t be taking chances with any of them," Powell told the Daily Post.
"It's great to be in a semi-final and the aim is to keep the tie alive for the return at Farrar Road, but we know it will be difficult on a pitch where teams have been getting thrashed six and seven-nil.
"We’ve got nothing to lose, though, and the way things are going at the moment we just might get a result."
