Danny hoping for second chance in Rovers Return

FORMER Saints wing back Danny Holmes is hoping to resurrect his Football League career by returning to Tranmere Rovers.
Released from Park Hall at the end of the season, Holmes is set to return to his former club after agreeing a deal with manager Les Parry.
The 23-year-old made just one first team appearance during his previous spell at Prenton Park under Ronnie Moore in the 2008/9 season and was allowed to leave at the end of his contract.
He is now hopeful of making the breakthrough with the Wirral outfit at the second time of asking and is expected to join the club for the start of their pre-season on June 29.
Holmes joined the Saints from Tranmere two years ago and had made 57 Welsh Premier appearances, scoring three goals.
He was also named in the Welsh Premier managers' team of the season two years running.
