CYMRU Alliance champions Airbus UK look set to take their place in next season's Welsh Premier League.
The Planemakers plan to use Conwy’s Morfa Stadium when they launch their first ever League campaign and Airbus have completed a number of improvements since their first inspection, including work on the floodlights.
Welsh FA councillor for North East Wales Ken Hughes and League secretary John Deakin made a return visit yesterday and gave the ground a clean bill of health.
The board has accepted Airbus into the league, although their membership will need to be ratified formally.
Runaway leaders Airbus have broken all kinds of records in this season's Alliance.
Rob Lythe’s side have only lost once in the league and are still unbeaten away from home.
They have also broken the record for the amount of points gained since the league was first formed 14 years ago.
