RHYL have signed highly-rated midfielder Michael Keegan in time for next month's European Champions League qualifier against Latvian side Skonto Riga.
Keegan, 23, joined Swansea City as a 16-year-old and stayed there for five years before moving on to Kidderminster Harriers and Marine last season.
"Michael has a lot of experience for his age and will be a very good addition to our squad," says Belle Vue boss John Hulse, who has also made an offer to Bangor City striker Kenny Burgess, who has been training with the Lillies.
Forward Justin Perry, recently released by TNS, is considering a return to Rhyl where he had a brief spell two seasons ago.
"All of last season's squad have now signed on again with the exception of Steve Walters who has been on holiday, but we have spoken and he has agreed to put pen to paper this week," added Hulse.
