SAINTS have secured lucrative shirt sponsorship for their forthcoming UEFA Cup games against Swedish side Östers IF.
Regional motor dealership J T Hughes have agreed to sponsor the TNS kit for the European games and it is anticipated that the deal will continue into the Welsh Premier season.
Appropriately, the launch was held at the motor dealer's premises just yards from Oswestry Town's former home in Victoria Road, where they played for many years before moving to Park Hall.
"The continued success of TNS FC has really put this area on the map and the team have proved excellent ambassadors too," said John Hughes, managing director of the company that has supplied Honda cars to Shropshire and mid-Wales for over 30 years.
For much of that period they been associated with TNS - and before that Llansantffraid FC - in addition to sponsoring the Welsh Premier League for the past two seasons.
TNS managing director Mike Harris says the financial support from J T Hughes will assist the club greatly in its quest to progress through the UEFA Cup qualifying stages.
"We have had a long association with J T Hughes and hope that our renewed partnership will continue for many years to come".
The J T Hughes Honda logo will feature on Saints' traditional green and white hooped shirts for both legs of the UEFA Cup first qualifying round.
