SAINTS have been drawn against Connah's Quay Nomads in the first round of the Welsh Premier League Cup.
The game is over two legs, first leg at the Deesside Stadium week commencing Monday 1 September and the second leg at Treflan a fortnight later.
TNS will be hoping to fare better than last season when they crashed out to Rhyl, who went on the win the competition in a penalty shoot out with Bangor City.
Holders Rhyl will begin the defence of their Cup against Newi Cefn Druids.
The first leg will be played in Cefn Mawr week commencing 1 September, with the return leg a fortnight later.
Newcomers Porthmadog and reinstated Welshpool Town will kick-off the competition with a preliminary round on 19 August and 26 August.
In the next round, the winners of that tie will play Bangor City, who lost to Rhyl on penalties in last season's final. The draw in full:-
