STRIKER PERRY TURNS TO ROOFING
Justin Perry in action for TNS against Welshpool last season
FORMER TNS striker Justin Perry has been appointed player/coach of Albany Northern League club Jarrow Roofing.
The ex-Sunderland and Cardiff forward was released by Saints at the end of last season when he had a month's loan spell at Spennymoor United.
Roofing boss Richie McLoughlin says: "We think he’s got plenty to offer on the coaching side."
Perry, who will probably play up front for his new club, had Welsh Premier experience with Ebbw Vale, Barry Town, Rhayader and Rhyl before moving to Treflan, making a total of 106 starts and scoring 66 goals in the league.
He made 42 appearances for TNS plus 42 as sub, scoring 20 goals.
