Ken McKenna has escaped any action for using "industrial language" [Keith Williams/Sportpixs]

TNS boss Ken McKenna has escaped any disciplinary action after appearing before an FAW hearing in Llandrindod Wells last week.
McKenna was reported to match referee Ray Ellingham by his assistant Graham Evans after an incident in the 63rd minute of the Saints' Welsh Premier League game away to Aberystwyth Town on 20 August.
The manager had spent the majority of the match watching from the stands but came down to the dug-out to organise a substitution.
Mr Evans reported that McKenna had made "offensive and abusive comments", following which Ellingham asked him to leave the technical area.
In his defence, McKenna claimed he had only used "industrial language" of the type heard from most players and coaches and that it was not meant to be abusive towards the official.
"If everyone who used industrial language was sent off, there would be nobody left on the pitch," he told the hearing.
The Saints' boss received a three-match ban last season for comments made to an assistant referee during a match at Connah's Quay Nomads.
