REYNOLDS ODDS-ON TO REACH 400-MARK FIRST |
 |
CAERSWS defender Colin Reynolds looks set to win the race to become the first player to clock up 400 appearances in the Welsh Premier League.
The former Newtown stalwart made the switch to Powys rivals Caersws three seasons ago, is clear favourite to reach the mark after close rival Andrew Rickard was advised to hang up his boots by doctors after being dogged with a knee problem.
Meanwhile, 36-year old Reynolds continues in dependable form for the Bluebirds - he is only seven short of the 400-mark after playing 15 times this season while Afan Lido's Rickard reached the 390 mark a few weeks ago but appears to have made his last appearance in the defeat at Llanelli at the end of November. |
