Jamie Wood leaves Mark Connolly grounded during Saturday's win

MANAGER Ken McKenna was relieved that Saints overcame Bangor City in the Welsh Cup, but admitted it was a patchy display from his side.
"For the first 20 minutes we played some of our best football of the season, our movement was excellent," he said.
"I’m just happy to get through as it was our worst defensive performance for some time.
"Although we edged it, Bangor could easily have won the tie."
Before the draw took place in the Treflan clubhouse, McKenna said he would be happy with any opponents at home.
And his wish was granted as TNS came out of the FAW's soccer ball first, at home to Afan Lido.
