Tue 15 Mar 2005: Home - Treflan

GAMES are coming thick and fast as the race for the Welsh Premier League reaches its climax, with mid-table Porthmadog tonight's visitors to Treflan.
Port are one of the league's success stories since returning to the top flight last season as runaway winners of the Cymru Alliance.
They readily consolidated their place last season and, under joint managers Viv Williams and Osian Roberts, have become a real force in this campaign.
Serious contenders for a top eight finish, Port are the league's draw specialists with 11 so far, their play based on one of the league's meanest defences which is well marshalled by Lee Webber and Ryan Davies.
Saints found just how hard it can be to breach their backline in the narrow 2-1 away success at the Traeth, and the task is likely to be just as difficult in the return as Ken McKenna's men look to bounce back from the disappointment of Saturday's defeat at Bangor.
Rhyl are out of action tonight, so a win would give TNS the psychological advantage of a six-point cushion over their rivals, leaving the reigning champions to do the chasing.
