CARMARTHEN Town and Rhyl will miss out on the chance of being drawn in the Uefa Cup against Premiership giants Tottenham Hotspur.
Six clubs from the Uefa Fair Play League went into the draw tonight for two remaining places in the first qualifying round, but Spurs were unlucky as German side Mainz and a Danish club - as yet unknown as their season has not finished - came out of the hat.
In 2003/4, TNS were drawn to meet Fair Play qualifiers Manchester City.
The sides in the seeded side of the draw who will provide opposition for the Welsh Premier aspirants in the Northern Group (in order of Uefa coefficient) are:-

Uefa will split the 24 clubs in the northern group into six groups of four before the draw on 24 June.
