THE long-running registration row over Porthmadog's Richard Harvey continues after the goalkeeper said he would appeal against a 100 fine and five-match suspension handed down by the FAW.
Last season, Port faced losing their promotion from the Cymru Alliance over playing Harvey without international clearance from Welsh football.
Harvey played briefly at Macclesfield Town before returning to Wales and turning out for five different clubs, including the Traeth outfit, for whom he made seven appearances.
Porthmadog faced a 21-point deduction, which would have deprived them of promotion by just two points.
Eventually, the FAW ordered the club to pay a fine of just 250 for being 'technically guilty' of playing Harvey without clearance.
