SAINTS TO LIGHT UP PRESTEIGNE
Presteigne St Andrews
TNS will open the new floodlights at Presteigne [Phil Blagg].
TNS will play the first game under new floodlights at Presteigne St Andrews on Monday 13 February.
The Saints have been invited to attend the official switch-on of the new lights at Llanandras Park, which will be performed by Wales international boss John Toshack.
Club chairman Alan Randell invited TNS to play the Spar Mid-Wales outfit, who are one of the oldest clubs in Wales, having been founded in 1897.
As the Saints have Welsh Premier fixtures either side of the game, they will field a representative side drawn from the first-team squad, reserves and youth side.
The home club have asked that former Presteigne player and current TNS Scholar James Watkins will be among the players selected.
All the TNS first team players and management will attend the pre-match switch-on at 6.45pm, with kick-off scheduled for 7.30pm.
