NEW RULE BEGINS TO BITE
Paul Connelly, released to join Mynydd Isa.
AIRBUS duo Paul Connelly and Neil Wynne are the latest to defect from the Welsh Premier as the one-player, one-club rule begins to bite.
Connelly has spent two years at The Airfield since joining from Bala Town but, after failing to claim a regular first team place this season has elected to sign for Cymru Alliance Mynydd Isa.
Forward Neil Wynne who made 10 starts for the Wingmakers last season, has failed to even make the bench in the current campaign and returns to Isa also.
With the end of second forms, and clubs in the top flight unable to sign new players until the transfer window re-opens in January, several clubs are already beginning to feel the pinch.
Port Talbot have lost four players to the feeder leagues since the start of the season, while suspensions and injuries have seen Caernarfon's resources stretched to the limit.
