Late goal costs Saints dear
A late goal denied Llansantffraid a victory and revenge for a 3-0 away defeat against Afan Lido earlier this season.
The Saints took the lead on the stroke of half time when striker Andy Edwards intercepted a pass and scored in style.
Both Edwards and Billy Morris then hit the bar from golden scoring positions before their team was penalised for slack defensive play four minutes from time.
Goalkeeper Andy Mulliner was still making his way back into position when Afan Lido caught him out from a quickly taken throw-in and Mitch Patten nipped in to score the equaliser. |
