Match report WELSH PREMIER

ABERYSTWYTH were plunged deeper into relegation trouble with this defeat at the hands of their mid-Wales rivals.
Even worse for the Seasiders was that their ex-manager Tommy Morgan was at the heart of a fine attacking display from the home side, which saw them move eight points clear of the bottom three.
The experienced marksman set up Ian Evans for the opener on 19 minutes and then added the second himself six minutes later when he was on hand at the near post to flick home a Simon Abercrombie cross.
The Saints had chances to add to their lead in the first half but Morgan and Garry Evans both wasted good opportunities.
Mike Watt sealed victory midway through the second period when he headed home a Carry Evans free kick and only good work from Aber keeper Stuart Kinninmonth prevented further goals.
The visitors, still without a league win this season, rarely threatened the home goal but came closest to scoring with two efforts from Martin Griffiths, one hitting the bar.
