LLANSANTFFRAID caused the weekend's major upset as they put the skids under title contenders Inter Cardiff at rain-drenched Penydarren Park.
Tommy Morgan's 27th minute penalty broke the deadlock for Saints after a handling offence by an Inter defender.
The home side responded immediately, however, when Ross Knight equalised with a shot from the edge of the penalty area.
The second half became bogged down in the mud, but Saints struck the telling blow in the 69th minute when a cross from Kevin O'Neill deceived veteran keeper
George Wood to give the visitors three valuable points.
Saints' keeper Andy Mulliner kept the points safe with a string of fine saves late on.
