Relegation trapdoor looming closer

The relegation trapdoor opened wider for Llansantffraid with this disastrous result on a day when nothing went right.
The six-pointer was to be the turning point for the Saints, but the day ended in tears.
A catalogue of missed chances summed up the day for the village side, who folded under a barrage of late goals as they visibly lost heart.
Graham Ellis gave Mold a first-half lead when, against the run of play, his shot was deflected wide of Saints keeper Andy Mulliner.
It seemed only a matter of time before goals flowed for the Saints, but a missed penalty by Billy Morris in the first minute of the second-half was the signal for Mold to take over.
Eddie McCulloch, Dave Cockram and Dave Wilson were the marksmen as Llansantfraid continued to squander chance after chance.
