Spent seven seasons at TNS and was one of only three survivors, along with Ward and Toner, from the 2000 title-winning side.

Missed the start of season 2003/4 after a hernia operation and was again unavailable until mid-November 2003, but soon resumed normal service to be voted supporters' player of the season.

Re-selected for the Welsh semi-pro squad in 2004 and 2005. Left in June 2006 to sign a two-year deal with Wrexham, where he was voted player of the season in his first campaign with the club and won the first of seven Welsh international caps against Liechenstein.
