Tireless front runner and attack-minded midfielder who signed for Chester from Newtown in the summer of 2000 after scoring 17 goals in 98 League of Wales appearances for the Robins. A season in the Conference added more composure to his game and switched back to the league with TNS in January 2002. A dead ball specialist, he links up well with whoever he plays next to in midfield. His consistent performances in 2003/4 earned him a place in the Welsh semi-professional side that won the Four Nations trophy. Players' player of the year 2004/5 and first on the all-time list of Welsh Premier appearances for TNS. Supporters' player of the season 2007/8.
